Returns and Damaged / Lost Packages

 Returns

Sometimes things just don’t work out and we understand that. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase you have 21 days from the original purchase date to return your Pianokids package. The Pianokids Piano Program/Curriculum and bag must be in original condition and sent to Pianokids LLC for a full refund.

Contact Pianokids at support@pianokids.com. BE SURE to put your original Pianokids Order Number in the subject line. Please allow 24 hrs or the next business day for a response. If you have not heard from us by then, please call us at 844-557-4266.

Mailing back your return:

  • Find your Order # (e.g. #######). It is displayed on both ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Shipment Confirmation’ emails. It should also be included in your order on the packing slip.
  • Print a Return Shipping Label. Click here to configure and print your return shipping label.

Note: In order to create a new return request, you will need to type in “order number” and “zip code”. Refunds will not be processed without customer order numbers included with the return package.

It may take up to 3-5 business days to process a return after it has been received by our Customer Care Center.

Remember, your package needs to be post-marked on or before 21 days after your online purchase in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.

Returned shipping cost and the 3.99% convenience fee (charges that we incur) will be deducted from the refund.

 


 

Damaged/Lost Package

Damaged or lost Pianokids packages due to shipping will be replaced free of charge. Contact Pianokids and provide Order Number and Tracking information
