Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Pianokids.com terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from Pianokids.com. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

This is the Pianokids Limited Privacy Policy, it explains how and why we use your personal information. It is important, so please read and understand your privacy.

  • We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information.
  • We comply with data privacy laws when using your personal information.
  • We only use it for lawful reasons you expect or that we explain to you in this document.
  • We will limit our collection and use to details we really need or which you have provided.

 


 Returns

Sometimes things just don’t work out and we understand that. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days from the original purchase date to return your Pianokids Pianopack. The Pianopack, with all included original material, must be in original condition and sent to Pianokids LLC, 7427 Camale Dr. Pensacola, FL 32504. Refunds will be issued upon package receipt and approval.

Email support@pianokids.com with a notice of request to return. BE SURE to put your original Pianokids Order ID number in the subject line. Please allow 24 hrs or the next business day for a response. If you have not heard from us by then, please call us at 844-557-4266.

Mailing back your return:

  • Write your Order ID (found on both Order Receipt and Shipment Confirmation emails) on the outside of the return box.
  • Take to your most convenient shipping location and return.
  • A 3.99% convenience fee (charges that we incur) will be deducted from the refund.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process a return after it has been received by our Customer Care Center. Remember, your package needs to be post-marked on or before 21 days after your online purchase in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.

Cancel Order

When your 6-month subscription agreement has been fulfilled, as noted on the website home page and checkout, please send us an email at support@pianokids.com requesting your subscription to be cancelled. Your access to the online Piano Studio will be turned off, but not deleted.

If you decide to restart the program at any time and wish to continue using the Studio for fun support, just send us an email and we will restart your subscription and turn on your access. Your child will continue where they left off in the Practice Record and they will continue receiving new prizes instead of starting over.

Damaged/Lost Package

Damaged or lost Pianokids packages due to shipping will be replaced free of charge. Contact Pianokids and provide Order Number and Tracking information
